I'm Jacob Haws, a photographer and filmmaker based in Southern Utah. I picked up a camera and started shooting professionally at 18, but the eye for it goes back further — I got my start in graphic design back in middle school, and that design instinct still shapes how I frame every shot and cut every edit today.
Since then I've built content seen on TV, across the internet, and in the Super Bowl — twice. I've worked with brands like Balance of Nature, the National Conservation Lands Foundation, Purchase Green, Veriground, and plenty of others along the way. These days my focus is commercial work, automotive content, high-end storytelling (interview-style content), and product photography — with a real soft spot for cars, wide-open landscapes, and anything that starts with "let's go check it out." If there's an adventure to be had, I'm in.
Outside of work you'll usually find me mountain biking, camping, wrenching on a car in the garage, or playing the violin. I'm a man of faith — Jesus Christ is at the center of it — and family and adventure aren't far behind. This site is where the work lives, and where clients come to collect their galleries and finished films.
